To Our Patients

We realize that many of you have been waiting for our office to be fully operational. We have been working diligently to establish our clinics with necessary procedures and practices designed for everyone’s safety.

We are happy to announce that we are back in our offices full-time and are working to resume all services. We’ve also seen a positive response from patients to our at-home video visits, which will continue to be available until further notice. In the safety and convenience of your home, you will be able to get answers to your questions. Even new patients can see our physicians through video visits. Call us to schedule an appointment, and we can help determine if you need an in-person or at-home video visit. In order to protect the health and safety of our community, our staff, our patients and their families, we are offering TELEMEDICINE services to continue our treatment in the best way we can. We want you to feel confident about returning for your next in-person appointment. We have expanded safety measures, and in many respects your patient experience will be more comfortable and efficient than ever before.

You will notice a number of changes implemented to protect you and our care teams, and we ask for your help and participation in making your visits safe for everyone.

  • Before You Arrive: We will send you any necessary forms electronically via email or text the day before your appointment. These forms are required to be completed before your appointment. This allows you to avoid unnecessary time in the waiting room and proceed directly to the exam room.
  • Arrival: Upon arrival to the building, all patients are to remain in their vehicles and call our office to confirm their arrival. The office will then ask them to come to the office or stay in their vehicle until we call them to come to the office for their appointment.
  • Screening at Check In: Upon arrival in the office, all patients are required to wear a mask or face covering. You will be screened upon your arrival for COVID-19 symptoms and exposures; which will include a temperature screening.
  • Staff and Patient Protection: Our care teams follow CDC guidelines and have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE), which they wear at all times. We have also established screening and testing protocols for our care teams.
  • Disinfection and Cleaning: Our offices are repeatedly and thoroughly sanitized throughout each day. Exam rooms are cleaned extensively between all patient visits.
  • Visitors: For your safety and the safety of our patients and staff, only the patient will be allowed in the office for the appointment, unless the patient is a minor or an escort is medically necessary. In those instances, only one additional person will be allowed.

Please note:
If you feel sick, have respiratory illness, fever, cough or difficulty breathing, do not come to the office or go to the ER. If you are symptomatic, please call the Department of Health COVID hotline at (340) 776-1519 St. Thomas/St. John and (340) 712-6299 St. Croix.
